Hør om opbygning og udfordringer og om aktuelle tendenser med kvalitetsudvikling og telemedicin – fra sundhedsstationerne i bygderne til Dronning Ingrids Hospital i Nuuk. Det grønlandske sundhedsvæsen spiller en central rolle i samfundets sammenhængskraft og velfærd\, men er samtidig præget af særlige geografiske\, demografiske og organisatoriske vilkår. \nDette aftenseminar giver en samlet og nuanceret introduktion til\, hvordan sundhedsvæsenet i Grønland er skruet sammen\, hvordan det har udviklet sig gennem de seneste årtier og med fremskridt og udfordringer. Seminaret belyser både positive udviklingstendenser og aktuelle problemer. Eksperter og sundhedsfaglige beskriver den igangværende kvalitetsudvikling of kliniske erfaringer fra praksis samt på den stigende anvendelse af telemedicin som et redskab til at sikre sammenhæng og faglig kvalitet på tværs af store afstande. Samtidig beskriver fagfolk de vanskelige opgaver som sundhedsvæsenet står over for: generelt at højne den behandlingskvalitet\, som tilbydes grønlændere\, hvis middellevetid er 10 år mindre end i Danmark; og mere specifikt at kurerer eller afhjælpe den kroniske mangel på arbejdskraft og dermed erstatte kortvarige vikariater med længerevarende ansættelser. \nSeminaret afholdes som et teleforbundet fællesmøde mellem København og Nuuk og giver mulighed for dialog og spørgsmål på tværs af de to hovedstæder. \nPris (inkl. sandwich\, kaffe/te\, forfriskninger): kr. 285. Tuesday 21 April 2026. 08:30 – 16:30 \nThe Nordic chapter of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES Nordic) is delighted to invite you for a special one-day meeting in Copenhagen on Tuesday\, April 21\, the day before the start of the HFES Europe conference. \nThe symposium analyzes the legacy of Jens Rasmussen and the application of his ideas in contemporary and novel human factors research. Marking the centenary of his birth\, the meeting throws light on the unique cross-disciplinary environment at Risø where Rasmussen and colleagues developed models that remain relevant today to safety critical domains including healthcare\, transport\, offshore and process industry\, \nFor five decades\, the Risø group’s concepts have influenced human factors theory\, system safety\, and sociotechnical system design. From the Skills-Rules-Knowledge framework to the Abstraction Hierarchy and Ecological Interface design and from AcciMaps to the dynamic safety model\, concepts developed at Risø in the 1970s and 80s continue to inform research across multiple domains. \nThe morning programme outlines the work at Risø and connects it to parallel developments in cognitive science and systems thinking. Speakers will discuss these topics and their historical context. \nThe afternoon session focuses on current and future applications. Speakers from industry and applied research will demonstrate how Rasmussen’s ideas are currently used in interface design\, human reliability\, risk assessment\, control room studies\, and accident investigation. \nThe symposium welcomes both experienced practitioners and those new to these foundational ideas.
